• 40 Norbest Turkey Burger Patties
  • 2.5 lbs. Sliced Smoked Provolone
  • 5 med Fresh Pineapple
  • 2.5 lbs. Sliced Canadian Bacon
  • 1 qt + 1cup Lite Mayonnaise
  • 2.5 cups Prepared Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 heads Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 40 Telera Rolls


Peel and core the pineapple and slice each one into 8 slices (approx ¾” thick) Grill on a charbroiler or flat top grill and set aside. Wash the lettuce and separate it into leaves. Season the turkey burgers with salt and pepper. Cook each turkey burger by grilling, pan frying or under the broiler until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Place the slice of smoked provolone cheese over the hot burgers and allow it to melt. While the cheese melts put the Canadian bacon on the grill, in the pan or under the broiler for 30 seconds on each side and toast the split Telera roll. Assemble the burger: spread the mayo on each side of the Telera roll place the lettuce leaves on the bottom, followed by the cooked burger with the melted Swiss cheese on top. Put the grilled pineapple slice on top and drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the top of the pineapple. Top it all with the slice of Canadian bacon and the top of the Telera.
