• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Norbest Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 can (15 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 4 spinach herb-flavored flour tortillas or plain flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed

1. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and bell peppers; cook 5 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables crisp/tender, stirring frequently. 2. Add tomato sauce and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Spoon 1 cup of the turkey mixture down center of each tortilla; squeeze 1 lime wedge over each. Fold in sides, roll up tightly from bottom. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
