• 6 lb. Taco Seasoned Ground Norbest Turkey
  • 3 cup Water
  • 4 .5 qt. Chunky Salsa
  • 1.5 lbs. Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 1.25 lbs. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 qt Diced Tomato
  • 2 cups Chopped Cilantro for Garnish
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put the water, taco meat and salsa into a large pan and bring to a simmer over low heat, breaking up the turkey as it cooks. When the turkey is cooked through and crumbled, stir in the chips, tossing them until they are coated in the mixture and softened slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2/3 of the cheese and the diced tomato. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese. Place the dish into the preheated oven for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp and golden. Garnish with minced cilantro. Serve with optional sour cream and/or guacamole.
