Roasting Instructions
Remove outer plastic bag from thawed turkey. Remove neck and giblets from body and neck cavities. Place in roasting pan and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Insert meat thermometer* into deepest part of the breast or innermost part of thigh. Determine total cooking time using chart below. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165° in the breast or thigh. Remove cover during last hour for final browning. Let stand 20-30 minutes before carving.
