Roasting Instructions
Remove outer plastic bag from thawed turkey. Place on rack in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer* into innermost part of breast. Determine total roasting time using chart below. Cover with aluminum foil tent if the desired browning is achieved prior to breast being done. Breast is done when internal temperature reaches 165°. Let breast stand 20 minutes before carving.

Approximate roasting times
Conventional oven (325°F/165°C) – 30-40 minutes/lb.
Convection oven (300°F/150°C) – 25-35 minutes/lb.
